Fees for ongoing trusts range from $125 to $2,500 per quarter. Post-death administrations are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the matter and per the trust instrument and may typically range from .50% to 1.25%. Hourly fees, where applicable, may range from $ 50-450 depending on the matter and the professionals working on it. All fees are subject to periodic adjustment.
The Professional Fiduciary shall be reimbursed for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in performing his or her duties. In addition, fees for third-party professional who provide services for the benefit of the Client such as accountants, attorneys, investment advisors, including Private Asset Management, realtors, etc. shall be paid by the trust (or client). Fees for annual accountings are in addition to Trustee Fees and may be performed by the trustee.
